Summertime…updates
So, it’s been busy times at our headquarters. We have some new shows confirmed for this summer. Have a look and come on over.
Also, we noticed there has been some confusion about the release of our new album ‘spoken’. In fact, we made a CD-R edition of our new record just to take with us on tour, and the official (vinyl + download) album release is still due for this year. So we are sorry for the confusion, but we’d like you to know that we only sell the last remaining CD-R’s at our shows or in combination with a pre-order of the official release via the shop ( mail: spend[at]thisleosunrise.com ). Please be patient ;-)
As for the rest: we’ve had a great tour, as you may have heard. More pictures will follow soon…
Back home…
We are safe back home in the Netherlands. Last Tuesday, another earthquake took place near the Ferrara region in Northern Italy. (Luckily,) we were again not there when it happened, but we feel very bad for the people who have experienced these horrifying events. There were people killed, injured or bereft of their homes.
This has also been the reason why Musica Nelle Valli had to be cancelled. We have had so much help from Tizio, who even though having to deal with the earthquake’s effects still found a way to have us play together with other amazing bands at different locations.
We are so grateful for having met so many wonderful people during this tour, also in Switzerland and Germany and Belgium and The Netherlands. Thank you all for everything and we hope to meet you again soon.
